In February of 2022 Vantis Technology partnered with a global manufacturing business who were looking to replace a long standing member of their IT Infrastructure team who had acquired both intimate knowledge of all systems and experience beyond his pay grade. This long term
experience combined with the knowledge meant a challenging campaign to recruit for.
After meeting with the IT Manager to break down all of the attributes and skills that he valued in his experienced member of staff that was leaving, Vantis Technology managed to put together a shortlist of three candidates all of whom were interviewed and subsequently an offer was made
and accepted.
