In January of 2022 Vantis Technology partnered with a £600 million organisation who had a decentralised approach to BI & Data with disparate teams reporting to both the Technology and Finance leadership. Vantis were tasked with recruiting a senior interim BI professional to write the
strategy for BI & Data for the next 3 years and to manage the transition of three teams into one well oiled BI & Data team reporting into the IT Director.
Three candidates were shortlisted and interviewed within 5 days of briefing Vantis Technology which allowed the organisation to offer and secure their preferred candidate who started the following week.
